Retouradres

De klant heeft het recht om te retourneren of te ruilen als aan de volgende voorwaarden is voldaan:

  1. Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is.

Als u een product wilt retourneren/ruilen, volg dan deze stappen:

  1. Controleer of u het recht heeft om te retourneren.
  2. Stuur een retour request naar support@solidsneakers.com inclusief je ordernummer.
  3. Stuur het pakket  na goedkeuring ‘double boxed’ & goed verpakt via aangetekende post.
  4. Bewaar het trackingbewijs.

Solid Sneakers is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies, noch beschadiging tijdens de verzending

1. De klant heeft 14 dagen de tijd om de bestelling te herroepen (retour te melden). 
2. Na deze melding heeft de klant nog eens 14 dagen om het daadwerkelijk te retourneren.
3. De terugbetaling hoort binnen 14 dagen na de retourmelding plaats te vinden.

Indien u een bestelling wilt annuleren;

Als het product al is verzonden, dan moet het pakketje afgeleverd zijn bij de klant en zal de klant (op eigen kosten) moeten retourneren. Zodra het pakketje weer bij Solid Sneakers is, krijgt de klant per direct het geld teruggestort op zijn of haar rekening.

LET OP: Producten die verkeerd zijn gestuurd, beschadigd zijn of fabrieksfouten bevatten, mogen na aangeven retourneert worden, waarbij we een nieuw paartje wordt opgestuurd vanuit de verkoper. Wij nemen de verantwoordelijkheid dat je het juist product, zonder mankementen bezorgd krijgt.

The customer has the right to return or exchange an item if the following conditions are met:

  1. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

If you want to return/exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if you are eligible for a return.
  2. Send a return request to support@solidsneakers.com including your order number.
  3. After approval, send the package back “double boxed” & properly packaged via registered mail.
  4. Keep the tracking receipt.

Solid Sneakers is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. 

  1. The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase (notify the return).

  2. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product.

  3. The refund must be issued within 14 days after the return notification.

If you want to cancel an order:

If the product has already been shipped, the package must be delivered to the customer first, and the customer will have to return it at their own expense. Once the package is received by Solid Sneakers, the refund will be processed immediately.
